The total stay was fabulous in September.

First-rate, clean hotel with amazing and approaching staff and a main bar. Cool room, huge, with adequate space and 2 single beds plus great views. Freshly made food options. Brilliant location just off restaurant as well as shops, and excellent service.

A balance of wins and fails

The location was perfect-just steps away from the beach! Breakfast offered a good spread, and the staff were friendly and accommodating!

Rooms were somewhat small, and the bed was too firm for our liking. The lack of on-site parking was inconvenient.

Location is brilliant, close to old town and 2 minutes from the beach.

Nothing really. Stayed here before because it is very nice. I’ve stayed at worse 4 star hotels around the world.

Marvellous location, within walking distance of L'aiguera Park. Welcoming staff throughout.

The room I stayed in was a Single Room, with crisp, clean bedding, made for an comfortable night's sleep. The shower had level access and plenty of hot water. The hotel is super clean, with housekeeping attending to my room daily, which I really appreciated. A highlight for me was the excellent variety of food available at breakfast and dinner. Every meal felt special, catering to a range of tastes. The hotel's prime location allowed easy access to the beach and old town.

My only minor issue was some noise from younger guests.

Animation none, entertainment mediocre

Overall, everything is at a good level.

We had a quiet room facing the inner courtyard, close to the nightlife of the city centre. Quiet inside, party outside, 70m to the beach - it couldn't be better.

Breakfast actually good to very good - but every day the same.

The rooftop pool is a standout feature, even if it's on the smaller side. The superior rooms boast large beds and essential amenities like a hair dryer and a walk-in shower.

The food quality has some serious room for improvement. Undercooked chicken and frozen octopus were a letdown, particularly for those who prioritize meals on their getaway.

This place is nice, and has free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, a fitness centre, and a restaurant. The staff helped me with transport during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a pleasant holiday!

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore both the beach and the Old Town. The rooftop area offered cozy sun loungers with perfect cleanliness. Although the lack of food options for non-seafood lovers was disappointing, the staff's dedication to guest comfort was commendable.

The staff were very nice but especially Mirabella. She was funny and helpful even with all the chaos at reception. The rooms were super clean and got fresh towels every day. The breakfast options were good and you could switch meals around if you wanted too.

It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable for the quality.
